Our Derbyshire clinic can be found in a lovely secluded location, there is ample parking and beautiful relaxing surroundings. And as we are so close to the major routes, there is no getting lost, or stuck in traffic to worry about. So you can arrive completely relaxed. The hypnotherapy office is inside a wellness centre where there is a small waiting room. For the comfort of clients, please only enter the reception area, no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, and i will come and meet you.

Driving Directions:

If you are coming on the A38 from the North, then take the 3rd exit from the J28 roundabout, which is marked “Alfreton/Chesterfield”, turn left there and go 1.5 miles down the road. Look for the private drive on your left that says Fizzio Fit. Go up the drive to the Fizzio Fit centre at the top, and come in the doors on the left.

Our therapy clinic is open Monday – Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-2pm and we also offer evening appointments so there is always a time to suit you. We still offer FREE CONSULTATIONS so you are welcome to come and find out more about how we can help you. Call us now!

Gary helped me when I was suffering from anxiety and stress from various work related situation's, his sessions were very calming and helpful. I'm feeling a lot better now but it's reassuring to know that if it all gets too much again he's there to help.

Highly recommend Gary, really professional and patient person. Had 5 sessions of hypnotherapy and wish I had done it years ago. He took time to get to know me and helped me get onto the road to what I want to achieve. Another reviewer use the term lightbulb moments, and that was certainly the case for me. He genuinely has your best interest at heart and wants you to succeed. A key point for me was I was able, but just needed some help to recognise and accept it and get into the right mindset which he certainly has helped me achieve.

I went to see Garry for weight loss therapy and found it really helpful. It was not what I was expecting, but it has truly helped me to identify things that have been holding me back and preventing successful weight loss. After 5 sessions I have lost 14 pounds, and feel ready to continue my weight loss journey alone. I have several "light bulb" moments during the therapy, and for the first time I actually believe I can do this.

I can’t thank Garry enough, having not been able to drive on dual carriageways or motorways for the past 20 months, due to some psychological issues, Garry got to the route cause, and guided me through 3 sessions of hypnotherapy to a point where my life is now back to normal. I have now been away on holiday to Somerset towing the caravan for the 1st time in nearly two years (travelling all the way on either dual carriageways or motorways). My only regret is that I didn’t choose to seek help from Garry sooner.

I have seen Garry several times and have been amazed at the results I’ve seen over such a short space of time. I had a big issue regarding locks and feeling trapped, after the first session I’ve been able to lock all doors where previously I just couldn’t do it! I don’t truly understand how it works, but after years of (failed) CBT, and also other alternative therapies like homeopathy (also didn’t help) I have finally been able to break the cycle which I didn’t think was possible. I can’t recommend Garry highly enough. If you, like me, are at the ‘last chance saloon’ then don’t hesitate in booking in, or if you are noticing a part of your life that perhaps you are struggling with don’t wait like i did, do it now and then start living a happy fulfilled life, You won’t be disappointed.
