My Derbyshire clinic can be found in a lovely secluded location, there is ample parking and beautiful relaxing surroundings. And as we are so close to the major routes, there is no need to worry about getting lost, or stuck in traffic – so you can arrive completely relaxed. The hypnotherapy office is inside a wellness centre where there is a small waiting room. For the comfort of clients, please only enter the reception area, no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, and I will come and meet you, or send me a text to let me know you’ve arrived.

Driving Directions:

From Junction 28 of the M1, take A38 towards Derby, then take the 3rd exit from the J28 roundabout, which is marked “Alfreton/Chesterfield”, turn left there and go 1.5 miles down the road. Look for the private drive on your left that says Fizzio Fit – it’s opposite Butterley reservoir. Go up the drive to the Fizzio Fit centre at the top, and come in the doors to the left.

If you are coming on the A38 from the South, its much easier not to take the Ripley exit, take the one after marked “Alfreton/Chesterfield”, turn right and go 1.5 miles down the road. Look for the private drive on your left that says Fizzio Fit. Go up the drive to the Fizzio Fit centre, and enter the doors on your left.

Public Transport

There is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive towards Ripley, and one just down the road coming from Ripley. You can view the local bus journey planner here.
