   I highly recommend Garry at Ripley Hypnotherapy. I went to see Garry as my fear of flying was worsening, to the point that I believe I would have stopped flying very soon. I was very optimistic that hypnotherapy could help, but after meeting Garry his reassurance and approach made me even more confident on getting a resolution. After my second session with Garry he had determined my fear had developed from my childhood from a biking accident. After three sessions of hypnotherapy, it was as if a switch had been turned. I no longer feel the fear building at the thought of flying and I am actually excited for my holiday rather than feeling anxious at the thought of getting there.
