Highly recommend Gary, really professional and patient person. Had 5 sessions of hypnotherapy and wish I had done it years ago. He took time to get to know me and helped me get onto the road to what I want to achieve. Another reviewer use the term lightbulb moments, and that was certainly the case for me. He genuinely has your best interest at heart and wants you to succeed. A key point for me was I was able, but just needed some help to recognise and accept it and get into the right mindset which he certainly has helped me achieve.

I went to see Garry for weight loss therapy and found it really helpful. It was not what I was expecting, but it has truly helped me to identify things that have been holding me back and preventing successful weight loss. After 5 sessions I have lost 14 pounds, and feel ready to continue my weight loss journey alone. I have several "light bulb" moments during the therapy, and for the first time I actually believe I can do this.

I can’t thank Garry enough, having not been able to drive on dual carriageways or motorways for the past 20 months, due to some psychological issues, Garry got to the route cause, and guided me through 3 sessions of hypnotherapy to a point where my life is now back to normal. I have now been away on holiday to Somerset towing the caravan for the 1st time in nearly two years (travelling all the way on either dual carriageways or motorways). My only regret is that I didn’t choose to seek help from Garry sooner.

I have seen Garry several times and have been amazed at the results I’ve seen over such a short space of time. I had a big issue regarding locks and feeling trapped, after the first session I’ve been able to lock all doors where previously I just couldn’t do it! I don’t truly understand how it works, but after years of (failed) CBT, and also other alternative therapies like homeopathy (also didn’t help) I have finally been able to break the cycle which I didn’t think was possible. I can’t recommend Garry highly enough. If you, like me, are at the ‘last chance saloon’ then don’t hesitate in booking in, or if you are noticing a part of your life that perhaps you are struggling with don’t wait like i did, do it now and then start living a happy fulfilled life, You won’t be disappointed.
